Goal Finder powered by De’ Lead International - carries a vision to contribute to the society by identifying the innate talents of our younger generations and moulding them to reach their career goals by working on their interests, strengths and passion. 

“Goal Finder” was born out of a series of questions from parents who were in a dilemma when they were confused about the future of their children. Most of the parents were working hard to secure their future. However, they could not understand the aspirations of their children. Some parents complained about the lack of communication from their children and were also concerned about their disobedience. The founders of Goal Finder, who themselves being parents could easily relate to this scenario and understood that the role of a mentor is very much needed to bridge this widening gap between generations.

The team is headed by the visionary leader Dr. Thomas George popularly known as “Thomman”, the Chairman who is running a premium Business college called the Lead College, based in the state of Kerala, in India, offering Masters in management studies. We believe that by holding hands we could take our young minds to identify their talents and interests and help them reach their desired goals to lead a life to their full potential.

Goal founder, backed by a team of young motivated professionals, is headquartered in Dubai.

Dr. THOMAS GEORGE K Alias THOMMAN

Dr. Thomas George K is an engineer turned Trainer and Edupreneur with immense interest in psychology and management education. He is a Guinness world record holder for conducting the longest business lessons in the world. Stimulus Research Services International and World of Business Magazine, Hong Kong awarded Dr Thomas a coveted title “ Master of Management” in 2016. Dr. Thomas is also the recipient of ‘SMART Person of Palakkad’ award by the honourable Chief Minister of Kerala in 2015. In the same year, National Foundation of Entrepreneurship Development (NFED) has bestowed on him  a ‘ distinguished entrepreneur’ award.

 His intrinsic traits in psychology and management skills groomed him to be a soft skill trainer that had elevated him soon as an International Trainer of JCI through which he had visited more than 35 countries as trainer.

Dr. Thomas evolved himself as a ‘Chief Mentor’ for a rigorous life skill training program called “turning point” .

He is the founder chairman of Lead collage of Management which is in the list of top business schools list today accredited by NBA and approved by AICTE and affiliated to University of Calicut Kerala.

Gowri Sreekanth

A career counsellor with a vision to help the next generation by providing systematic mentoring and career guidance. 

Holds a Masters degree and six years of teaching experience. Worked as HR and operations head in the IT industry and also in a recruitment firm.  She also carries 8 years experience as an entrepreneur . She is friendly, approachable and  an active listener. She is a person who respects the mentees confidentiality.

She is always open to provide assistance and guidance to students in making the right choices in their studies and thereby plan for a successful career based on their aspirations.

She has deep knowledge about various learning areas and a wide range of career streams.

Manu J. Thottil

Manu J. Thottil is a graduate in English Language and Literature from the Kuriakose Elias College, Mannanam, in Kerala. After graduation, he moved to Delhi to work in Sales and Marketing fields with various companies. He completed a Diploma in Journalism from the New Delhi YMCA and also did his Bachelors in Education from St. Joseph’s Training College, Mannanam. After a brief stint as teacher in English at the Excelsior school in Kottayam, Kerala, he shifted to Doha, Qatar and managed imports of food and non food items, including tyres, motor lubricants and batteries with a couple of companies. He has attended experiential trainings conducted by reputed human training companies in the far eastern countries of Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia and also middle east countries like Bahrain and Qatar. He has also conducted several training sessions for corporate staff members in Qatar. 

He is a humanitarian with strong moral values and he is also passionate in building and maintaining great human relationships. An ardent lover of music, Manu is also fond of yoga and acting. He has played roles in various stages in Qatar and also appeared in a couple of short films. 

His vision is to guide young minds to lead a meaningful life to their full potential. 

He is a certified Counsellor and is currently heading the customer relations management of De Lead International, a Corporate training and Consultancy company offering experiential training to employees of corporate companies, teachers’ orientation and career mentoring to students and parents in the UAE.
